Where are we; Where do we want to be?

This touches to the relevance of what we're doing according to who we say we are as a School. The only thing I heard so far that is clearly stated is "we are a College prep school". The best way to be efficient at whatever we decide to do as a school is to fix an objective of where we want to be (let's say, five years from now) and then act on it and make decisons in adherence with our objective. Decisions and actions in all areas must then be consistent with reaching our goal.
I'm often very confused about where "we" want to be and where we are going as an academic establishment. Do we have numbers of how many students we want to have in the school, or specific demographics?

Yes, I see us as a college prep school that is moving towards a global preparation curriculum. We need to offer something that the children can not get in the public system - Academic excellence, social education, high level of technology and training, and culture and languages to conduct business in a global economy.
