* Guide students throught the process of learning how to learn, so they are better prepared for a future world that we cannot yet imagine. Students will work individually and collaboratively to be more adaptable, and to learn how to analyse situations and solve-problems.
* Model lifelong learning through ongoing teacher training.
* Enhance the professional development program by allowing more time during the school day for faculty members to reflect, explore and exchange ideas as well as to compare results on putting ideas and techniques into practice
